Description
Champagne Pierre Gerbais Tradition is born in the vineyards cultivated in the Aube area, also known as Còte des Bar, located in the historical name of Champagne.
It is produced 75% with Pinot Noir grapes and 25% with Chardonnay grapes. This Champagne is the result of the union of the Pierre Gerbais grape harvest, vinified separately in steel tanks and then assembled subsequently. The product is then refined in the bottle for at least 30 months.
Champagne Pierre Gerbais Tradition has a straw yellow color with a fine and persistent perlage. The nose offers an immediate aroma of white-fleshed fruit followed by a distinct and growing floral scent. In the mouth it leaves a pleasant flavor that goes perfectly with an elegant freshness. It ends with a delicate fruity note.
Perfect for the aperitif moment, it also goes well with fish, shellfish and seafood.
