Description

Pignoletto DOC Brut Sparkling Wine comes from 100% Pignoletto grapes and from an average clayey soil, which gives it an excellent flavour. After a soft pressing of the grapes, the fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 16 °C. Its fermentation takes place according to the Charmat method, then it matures for 120 days on the yeast.

Pale straw yellow in colour, with persistent perlage, it opens to the nose with an intense aroma of spring flowers and an elegant note of Golden Delicious. On the palate it is delicate and expresses all its delicious freshness.

It is the most suitable wine to accompany fish first courses and appetizers. Try it with fresh and creamy cheeses.
