Alcohol-free, non-alcoholic beverage obtained through dealcoholization or using non-fermented ingredients.

Description

This alcohol-free Pinot Gris is born from a careful selection of grapes from the vineyards of Marlborough, Waipara, and Hawke's Bay, New Zealand regions known for their ability to express fresh and structured wines. The winemaking process starts with a full-bodied wine, from which the alcohol is subsequently removed using advanced technology, preserving the aromas and varietal characteristics.

After traditional fermentation, the wine undergoes a gentle de-alcoholization process using rotating cone technology, which allows for the extraction of the aromas first and then the alcohol, subsequently reintegrating the aromatic components to preserve the tasting integrity. The result is a balanced Pinot Gris, with a residual sugar content that contributes to its pleasant softness.

It presents an elegant bouquet of white flowers, lychee, and red apple, while on the palate the classic notes of apple and pear emerge, accompanied by a hint of muscat grape. The sip is light and harmonious, characterized by a pleasant freshness that balances the natural sweetness, making it a perfect choice for those who desire an alcohol-free wine with all the quality of Pinot Gris.

This white wine pairs beautifully with a savory pear and feta tart, served with a seasonal summer salad.
