Description

The Dow's Late Bottled Vintage Port comes to life in the Upper Douro valley, in the patient waiting for a long aging.

The key to understanding this port is, of course, the weather. Created from Portuguese vines combined in a well thought-out blend, the Late Bottle Vintage ages in cask for a period that can vary from 4 to 6 years. To underline the uniqueness of this nectar, there is its origin from a single thousandth, which gives a photograph of a specific vintage.

Red fruit harsh like currant and raspberry binds to the creaminess of chocolate, reviving it with a spicy kit. In the mouth it shows a full and dense body, accompanied by an excellent acidic shoulder that gives balance.

To be combined with a dark chocolate and raspberry cake.
