It is the result of a fermentation with intense maceration that is interrupted once the perfect balance between body and bouquet is reached, aging for 10 years in oak barrels with frequent analyses that allow monitoring of its evolution.

It is characterized by an intense red color with orange hues, typical of this aging stage. On the nose, it opens with a broad and elegant bouquet, with notes of ripe red fruit and cherry preserves, enriched by toasted hazelnut and vanilla notes.
