Pouilly-Fumé AOC 2015 Domaine Bonnard

Domaine Bonnard's Pouilly-Fumé comes from vineyards located in AOC Pouilly-Fumé, in the Loire Valley, a French production area recognized worldwide for the production of excellent wines based on Sauvignon grapes.

It is produced with 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages in cask, before being bottled.

This Pouilly-Fumé by Domaine Bonnard is characterized by an intense straw yellow color. The nose opens with pleasant hints of orange, grapefruit and gooseberry, enriched with notes of white flowers and aromatic herbs. On the palate it is fresh, voluminous and fruity.

Perfect to accompany fish dishes, this white wine is ideal in combination with fresh cheeses, especially goats
