Description
Chianti Pozzolatico was born on the hills in the province of Florence, from the historic vineyards of the Vannicelli family.
Produced with Sangiovese grapes, red dominant grape variety in Tuscany, it is slightly aged in barrique. It has an intense ruby red color, and is characterized by the fruity aroma typical of the grape, such as ripe cherry, enriched with floral notes of violet and rose. The taste is structured, soft, with a good balance between the pleasant sensation of freshness and tannin.
Ideal to be served with first courses based on meat sauce, it is excellent accompanied by grilled and stewed red meats. Also perfect with game dishes.
