Description
Casa Rojo's Priorat Maquinon was born in vineyards located in the small village of Falset, in the heart of Priorat, in Catalonia.
It is produced exclusively with Garnacha grapes, harvested only by hand during the month of September. The wine ages in oak barrels for 5 months. The grapes of Casa Rojo wines are harvested and processed with the utmost respect for the natural qualities of the varieties, expressing the true essence of the terroir of origin.
It is characterized by a cherry red color, with purple hues. The nose opens with intense hints of ripe red fruits. On the palate it is round and pleasantly full-bodied, with a balanced acidity and an aftertaste of ripe fruit.
