Description

Serena's Prosecco Brut is made from 85% Glera grapes and other white grape varieties for the remainder.

The wine is produced with grapes harvested from the areas of Treviso, Pordenone, Padua, and Venice. The winemaking process involves the Charmat Method, meaning a secondary fermentation in a pressurized tank.

Brilliant straw yellow in color with slight greenish highlights, it offers a lively perlage with aromas of acacia flowers and yellow apple. Fresh and creamy on the palate, it is harmonious and enveloping, with excellent notes of fresh fruit and good persistence.

Ideal as a starter with fresh cheeses, it pairs well with vegetarian lasagna and grilled vegetables.
