Description

The Canti Prosecco ICE is a sparkling wine from the Sparkling line specifically created for a modern and refreshing consumption, ideal to be served with ice. Made from Glera grapes, it is designed to express the most aromatic and pleasant notes of the grape variety, offering a lively and convivial experience in perfect Italian style.

The vinification is done using the Charmat method, with fermentation in autoclave at a controlled temperature to maintain the fragrance and fineness of the perlage. A slightly higher sugar content compared to traditional Proseccos enhances its softness, making it perfect to enjoy "on the rocks."

Visually, it appears straw yellow with fine and persistent perlage. The aroma is pleasant, distinctive, and aromatic, while on the palate it is dry, pleasantly fruity, and harmonious, with excellent drinkability that makes it perfect for informal and festive moments.

Ideal served in a large glass with ice, mint leaves, and blueberries, for an original and refreshing aperitif.
