Prosecco DOC Il Prosecco Extra Dry Mora Bassa
Description
The Extra Dry Prosecco of Mora Bassa is born in vineyards located in the Treviso municipality of Farra di Soligo, in Veneto.
It is produced exclusively with Glera grapes, harvested manually in boxes. After fermentation which takes place naturally in steel, the sparkling process takes place by re-fermentation in an autoclave, according to the Charmat method.
The Mora Bassa Prosecco Extra Dry is characterized by a pale yellow color with green reflections and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose opens with delicate aromas of yellow fruit, enriched with pleasant notes of yellow flowers. On the palate it is light and sweet, with good freshness.
Ideal in combination with fish or white meat dishes, this sparkling wine is perfect to serve on any occasion. Excellent to accompany the aperitif moment.
