Description

This Prosecco produced by Canti is a sparkling wine from the Sparkling range, made with Glera grapes, which best represents the tradition of Venetian bubbles. Designed for versatile and everyday consumption, this wine combines freshness, aroma, and a pleasant immediacy.

The winemaking process follows the Charmat method, with fermentation in a temperature-controlled autoclave to preserve the varietal aromas and achieve a fine and persistent perlage. Bottling takes place at low temperatures to ensure vibrancy and sensory integrity.

In appearance, it has a straw yellow color and a thin, continuous perlage. The scent is pleasant, typical, and aromatic, while on the palate, it is dry, pleasantly fruity, and harmonious, offering a fresh and smooth taste.

Perfect as an aperitif, it is also excellent with meals thanks to its versatility and lightness.
