Provincia di Pavia IGT Pinot Nero Terrazze 2017 Tenuta Mazzolino

The Pinot Nero Terrazze of Tenuta Mazzolino was born in vineyards located in the municipality of Corvino San Quirico, in the province of Pavia.

It is produced with 100% Pinot Noir grapes, manually harvested in small boxes once the right degree of ripeness has been reached. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. After malolactic fermentation, the wine ages for 4 months in the bottle, before being marketed.

The Pinot Noir Terrazze of Tenuta Mazzolino has an intense ruby red color with violet reflections. The nose opens with intense violet, blackberry and ripe cherry aromas. On the palate it is full, soft and harmonious, with light spicy hints of ripe red fruit.

Perfect to accompany cold cuts and light first courses, it is ideal in combination with roasted white meats, poultry and cheeses.
