Description
Puglia Chardonnay Ognissole by Feudi di San Gregorio was born in vineyards, organically run, located within the estate of Fragagnano, near Manduria, in the province of Taranto.
It is produced almost entirely with Chardonnay grapes and with a small addition of Verdeca, collected and selected only by hand. After soft pressing, the must ferments in stainless steel tanks, at a controlled temperature of 16 ° C and here it ages for a short period before being bottled.
Puglia Chardonnay Ognissole by Feudi di San Gregorio has a light yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose opens with a delicate bouquet of orange, rose and lavender flowers. In the mouth it is fresh and mineral, with a pleasantly savory aftertaste.
Perfect to accompany seafood dishes, this wine is ideal in combination with vegetables and fresh cheeses.
