Puglia IGT Malvasia Bianca Serralto 2017 Coppi
Description
The Puglia Malvasia Bianca Serralto of the Coppi company was born in vineyards located between the provinces of Bari and Brindisi, in the heart of Puglia.
It is produced exclusively with Malvasia Bianca grapes, harvested and carefully selected by hand in the second ten days of September. After a soft pressing, the fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequently the fino ages in the bottle for a few months before being released on the market.
The Serralto has a bright golden yellow color. The nose opens with an intense and persistent floral bouquet, enriched with fruity notes of white peach, apple and apricot, with a slight spicy hint of musk. On the palate it is fresh and savory, with a complexity of scents similar to that perceived by the nose.
This wine is perfect to accompany frugal appetizers, thistle in broth and snails. We recommend combining it with hummus based on sesame sauce, or tahina.
