Description
The Rosé wine Ro'si by Masca del Tacco is produced in Apulia from red soils rich in organic substances.
After the soft pressing of the Pinto Nero grapes, the fermentation takes place at low temperatures with a brief contact on the skins, followed by aging in steel on the lees.
In the glass the wine appears of a bright pale pink. The nose reveals itself with aromas of rose, wild strawberry, watermelon and aromatic herbs. On the palate it is elegant and soft, with remarkable minerality and well-balanced flavour.
This rosé wine goes very well with griflia salmon, tuna tartare, summer salads.
