Description

Domaine Philipp Portier's Quincy was born in the Loire Valley, in vineyards located on the banks of the Cher river.

The Sauvignon Blanc grapes are traditionally vinified in temperature-controlled steel vats. The wine thus obtained then ages on the fine lees for a few months.

Straw yellow in color, it expresses aromas of yellow flowers, peach and grapefruit on the nose. The sip is well structured and with a consistent finish.

It goes well with fresh fish and seafood, as well as with asparagus and white meats.
