Rioja DOC Sara Who White 2016 Vinto

Sara Who is part of the The Big Question About Wine line, launched by the newly born Spanish company Vinto in the main wine markets. This wine comes from vineyards located in San Vicente de la Sonsierra, in the heart of the autonomous region of Rioja.

It is produced entirely with Viura grapes, carefully picked and selected in October by hand. After the fermentation processes, the wine evolves for at least 2 months in French oak barrels and then refines a short period in the bottle, where it stabilizes and develops its organoleptic peculiarities.

Vinto's Sara Who White has a medium intensity straw yellow color. The nose opens with a large bouquet of ripe fruit and banana, enriched with woody shades due to aging. On the palate it proves well balanced and creamy, with a good freshness that accompanies towards a lively and fruity finish.

To be tasted in the first year of life, this surprise made in Spain goes well with fish and white meat dishes. Excellent also for the aperitif moment and with not too elaborate appetizers.
