Description
Bruno Giacosa's Roero Arneis is a Piedmontese white wine made from Arneis grapes grown in the Roero, a hilly area located in the province of Cuneo. This wine represents one of the most elegant expressions of the Arneis grape variety, thanks to the combination of the winery's savoir-faire and the unique characteristics of the territory.
The winemaking process involves white fermentation at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks to preserve the freshness and primary aromas of the grape variety. The wine then matures for a few months in steel, maintaining its fragrance and aromatic finesse intact.
In appearance, it has a bright straw yellow color. On the nose, it offers a delicate and complex bouquet, with floral and fruity notes, including white flowers and yellow-fleshed fruit. On the palate, it is fresh, harmonious, and well-structured, with a persistent and slightly almond-like finish.
Ideal as an aperitif, it pairs perfectly with fish dishes, light appetizers, and fresh cheeses.
