Roero DOCG Arneis 2015 Massucco
Description
The Roero Arneis of Cantina Massucco is born in the renowned vineyards located in the municipality of Castagnito nel Roero, in Piedmont.
The grapes are harvested and selected manually, macerated for a short period in cold and softly pressed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. It then ages for a few months in stainless steel tanks, before being placed on the market.
Roero Arneis is characterized by a pale straw yellow color, with slight greenish reflections. The nose opens with a sweet and delicate bouquet of white flowers, enriched with elegant hints of apple, peach and hazelnut. On the palate it is dry, pleasantly acidic and bitter.
Perfect to drink during aperitifs, it is ideal to serve with delicate appetizers based on shellfish or fish.
