Description
The estate is located in Piobesi d'Alba, in the heart of the Roero, on the left bank of the Tanaro river, right in front of the Langhe area. The property extends over 70 hectares, with some particularly suitable parcels, real crus that are vinified separately.
Bric Paradiso is a Nebbiolo vineyard already known at the end of the 19th century for the quality of its grapes. The best bunches are vinified with classic maceration on the skins. The wine ages for 18 months in cask and is refined for 12 months in the bottle before being put on sale.
Typical expression of Nebbiolo del Roero, it conquers with a ruby color, with elegant aromas of cherry, red fruits, helichrysum and medicinal herbs. The taste is graceful, with subtle tannins and a balanced and persistent finish.
To be combined with roasted white meats, poultry and small game.
