Description

The Rosato Brut Edith by Casa Vinicola Poletti is a rosé sparkling wine produced with Sangiovese grapes in the Emilia Romagna region. It has a fresh and fruity character, perfect for convivial occasions.

The winemaking follows the Charmat method, with a low-temperature fermentation and refermentation that lasts at least a month. This process preserves the aroma and liveliness of the wine.

On the nose you can perceive notes of fresh red fruits, such as strawberry. On the palate it has good acidity and a fine foam.

Excellent with light appetizers or fish dishes.
