Terre Siciliane IGT Rosé Mosso 2017 Joyful

Joyful Rosé Mosso is a lively rosé made from native Sicilian grapes, pressed whole and fermented with the help of natural yeasts in small stainless steel containers at a controlled temperature of 16 ° C.

This sparkling rosé wine is dressed in a soft pink color reminiscent of pomegranate peel, accompanied by a pleasantly fine and persistent effervescence. The nose overflows with aromas of wild strawberries and raspberries, enriched with fresh notes of smoky pink and aromatic herbs. On the palate it is broad and soft, with a beautiful freshness.

Excellent to accompany pizza and all tomato-based preparations, it goes well with fish crudités.
