Description

The Red Breg di Gravner was born in the magnificent vineyards of Oslavia, located in Friuli Venezia Giulia.

It is produced entirely with Pignolo grapes, carefully picked and selected by hand. Fermentation takes place, with maceration, in wooden vats. Subsequently the wine ages for 5 years in oak barrels and in the bottle for another 5 years, before being placed on the market.

The Red Breg Gravner has an intense garnet red color. The nose opens with a complex and intense bouquet of ripe red fruit, including plum and morello cherry, enriched with pleasant notes of cinnamon and cloves. On the palate it is full and elegant, with excellent softness, with velvety tannins and a pleasantly long and persistent aftertaste.

Perfect to accompany roasts and grilled meat, it is ideal in combination with aged cheeses.
