Description

This Primitivo is produced by the San Marzano company from vineyards located in Salento, in the province of Trapani.

It consists exclusively of Primitivo grapes, which undergo a thermo-controlled maceration and are vinified in steel thanks to the addition of selected yeasts.

In the glass, the wine has an intense ruby red color with violet reflections. The nose has aromas of plum and cherry, aromatic herbs and spices. The sip is soft and harmonious, easy to drink.

The wine is excellent with baked pasta and grilled red meats.
