Description

Leone de Castris' Aleatico Aleikos was born in vineyards located in the heart of Salento, in Puglia.

It is produced entirely with Aleatico grapes, harvested manually in the third decade of August. After a soft crushing and destemming, the must ferments at a controlled temperature of 14-16 ° C. Subsequently, the wine ages for at least 1 month in steel and still 1 month in bottle, before being released on the market.

It has a soft pink color. The nose opens with intense floral sensations, accompanied by notes of small red fruits. On the palate it is fresh and savory, with a pleasantly fruity finish.

Perfect to accompany risotto, it is ideal in combination with fish and white meat dishes.
