Salento IGT Fiano Biancopotenti 2015 Tenuta Potenti

The Salento Fiano Biancopotenti of the Potenti estate was born in vineyards located in Piana di Manduria, in the province of Taranto.

It is produced entirely with Fiano grapes, harvested and selected only by hand in the second ten days of August. Fermentation takes place in thermo-conditioned wine-makers at a temperature of 14 ° C. Subsequently the wine ages for at least 4 months in stainless steel, before being bottled.

The white potent from the Potenti estate has a bright straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose opens with intense aromas of linden, acacia. thyme and exotic fruit. It is soft on the palate, with a pleasantly acidic finish.

Recommended in combination with fish, crustaceans, molluscs, unseasoned cheeses and white meats. Also excellent as an aperitif.
