Description

This Fiano was born inside the Tenuta Masseria Altemura, owned by the Zonin family, from vineyards located in the splendid Salento area of Agro di Torre Santa Susanna.

Produced exclusively with Fiano grapes, harvested when completed, this wine undergoes a gentle pressing, and the must is separated with lung presses. Fermentation takes place at controlled and regulated temperatures between 18 ° C and 20 ° C.

It has an intense straw yellow color. The nose has a measured aromatic impact, with very delicate fruity tones. In the mouth it shows a good freshness, combined with a consistency with warm tones, characteristic of the grape.

Excellent with fish or legume dishes.
