Description

The Tormaresca Calafuria Elodie rosé wine of the Marchesi Antinori was born in the homonymous estate, owned by the Antinori family located in Puglia, in the Salento area.

It is produced exclusively with Negroamaro grapes, selected by hand, delicately destemmed and softly pressed. The must obtained is placed in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 10°C, to obtain natural decantation. Subsequently, the alcoholic fermentation takes place at low temperatures, around 16°C, to keep the primary aromas of the vine intact. The wine is then aged briefly in steel and for 4 months in the bottle before being placed on the market.

It is a wine with a seductive bright pink color, with coral reflections. The nose opens with delicate aromas of citrus and red fruits, orange blossom and linden. On the palate it is fresh and sapid, with a perfect balance between softness and acidity.

This wine is excellent to accompany delicate first courses based on fish or vegetables. Also ideal in combination with white meats or fish dishes.
