Sancerre AOC Terre di Maimbray 2017 Pascal & Nicolas Reverdy

Pascal et Nicolas Reverdy's Sancerre Terre di Maimbray comes from vineyards located in the AOC del Sancerre area, in the heart of the Loire Valley.

It is produced exclusively with Sauvignon Blanc grapes. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature for 16 days. Subsequently the wine ages in the same containers for 6 months, before being bottled.

Terre di Maimbray is characterized by a light yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose opens with an elegant floral bouquet, enriched with pleasant citrus scents and delicate spicy notes. On the palate it is pleasantly fresh, balanced and with good persistence.

Perfect to accompany appetizers and first courses, it is ideal in combination with fish dishes and fresh cheeses.
