Sangue di Giuda dell'Oltrepò Pavese DOC 2015 Mora Bassa

The Blood of Judah from Oltrepò Pavese di Mora Bassa was born in vineyards located in the Pavia area of Montescano, in Lombardy.

It is mainly produced with Croatina grapes and with Barbera, Uva Rara and small additions of Vespolina, manually harvested in boxes. After the classic vinification processes, the sparkling process takes place in a steel autoclave, according to the Charmat method.

The Blood of Judah from Mora Bassa has a bright ruby red color. The nose opens with a refined and intense cherry scent. On the palate it is sweet and harmonious, with a good structure and persistence.

Perfect to accompany desserts and desserts, it is ideal in combination with young salami, Grana cheese flakes and dried fruit.
