Description
A few bottles of this rum are produced, which originates from the selection of only three barrels. The distillation takes place in traditional copper stills and is not cold filtered or added to any type of colorant.
It is a rum with a precious amber color. It is defined on the nose by a fineness of distinct aromas, reminiscent of toasted bread now, spices, on a softer background of vanilla, banana and cocoa. The taste confirms the elegant gait, shown in the discretion of its hardness and in the balance of softness. Excellent body and long persistence.
Alone or accompanied with some extra dark chocolate flakes.
