Biodynamic, made with grapes grown according to biodynamic principles.

Description

The Simply Wine Bellotti Bianco of Cascina degli Ulivi originates from biodynamic vineyards of the municipality of Tassarolo, in the province of Alessandria.

It comes from pure Cortese grapes, harvested entirely by hand. The vinification involves spontaneous alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in acacia barrels and aging on the fine lees for 3 months.

The Simply Wine Bellotti Bianco of Cascina degli Ulivi is cloaked in a beautiful straw yellow. It offers sweet aromas of honey and white flowers to the nose. In the mouth it is agile and sapid, with an admirable compositional balance.

It goes well with seafood appetizers and vegetable soups. Also suitable in the company of fish risotto or as an aperitif.
