Description

This 100% Nero d'Avola is produced by Cantine Birgi, a social winery founded in 1960 in Marsala in the province of Trapani and today counts approx. 1000 members.

Once in the cellar, the grapes are vinified in steel vats at a controlled temperature.

Ruby red in color, the nose reveals aromas of raspberries and wild strawberries, with delicate spicy notes. The sip is moderately structured, balanced and persistent.

Excellent to accompany salami appetizers and grilled meats.
