Description

Jakot is produced in the border area between the Collio Friulano and Slovenia. The vineyards, cultivated according to a low environmental impact processing method, are defined by the presence of marly soils, very mineral.

It is made up of 100% Jakot grapes, or otherwise called Friulano. The manual harvest allows you to make a selection; the grapes, transported to the cellar, are pressed and left for 24 hours to macerate on their skins. Alcoholic fermentation and aging in steel followed.

Golden yellow color, the nose shows a fresh fruity bouquet, of white-fleshed fruit and citrus, in a floral outline. The sip is fresh and fruity, pleasantly balanced and full-bodied. Closes in a slightly almondy finish.

Perfect to accompany rich appetizers or pork dishes.
