Soave Classico DOC Vigneto du Lot 2016 Inama

The Soave Classico Vigneto du Lot di Inama was born in vineyards located in the municipality of Soave, in the province of Verona.

It is made from 100% Garganega grapes, harvested and selected only by hand. Fermentation takes place, with skin maceration for 4-8 hours, in semi-new barriques. Subsequently the wine ages for 6 months in steel jars, before being bottled.

Intense straw yellow in color, the Soave Classico Vigneto Du Lot opens to the nose with a floral explosion of chamomile, iris and elderberry with pleasant hints of honey. On the palate it is fat and broad, with aromas of ripe fruit and an aftertaste of sweet almond and vanilla.

Perfect to accompany scallops and lobsters, this type of dry white is ideal in combination with refined Asian recipes.
