Vino Spumante di Qualità Metodo Classico Brut Rosé Regaleali 2014 Tasca d'Almerita

The Classic Method Brut Rosé Spumante from Tasca d'Almerita comes from the San Francesco vineyards located in the Regaleali estate, in the province of Palermo.

It is produced exclusively with Pinot Noir grapes, harvested during the month of August. The sparkling wine is produced according to the Classic Method, with a refermentation in the bottle at a controlled temperature of 13-14 ° C for 36 months.

This Brut Rosé is characterized by an antique pink color. The nose opens with delicate hints of red fruits, enriched with pleasant notes of honey and bread crust. On the palate it is soft, pleasantly fresh, harmonious overall, persistent and balanced.

Perfect to accompany sushi, crustaceans and seafood, it is ideal in combination with first courses and risotto.
