Description

The Primo Brut Spumante by Nino Franco comes from vineyards located in the heart of the municipality of Valdobbiadene.

It is produced exclusively with Chardonnay grapes. After pressing and decanting the must, the grapes ferment in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The wine is then separated from the yeasts and cooled, then refined in the bottle for about 6 months.

It is characterized by a bright straw yellow color. The nose opens with an intense and persistent bouquet, with pleasant hints of bread crust. On the palate it is pleasantly dry and harmonious, with a persistent body.

Perfect to accompany aperitifs, it is ideal in combination with first courses.
