Vino Spumante di Qualità Brut Bianco Conte del Tellaro Wines

The Spumante Brut Bianco from the Conte del Tellaro Wines company was born in the renowned DOC wine production area in Sicily.

It is produced from an interesting family grape variety harvested manually in Sicilian vines. Fermentation takes place inside large hermetic steel containers, which help to enhance the characteristics of the grape variety used, giving the palate the freshness of the grape itself. Subsequently the wine is aged in Veneto, a territory renowned for the traditional production of sparkling wines.

This sparkling wine is characterized by a pale yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose reveals an elegant fruity bouquet, enriched with spicy hints typical of the Mediterranean. On the palate it is soft, fresh and pleasantly enveloping.

Excellent to accompany appetizers and delicate fish appetizers, it is perfect to combine with first courses and recipes based on oven fish.
