Description
Spumante Brut Rosé comes from the Col Sandago vineyards in the municipality of Susegana.
It is produced with 100% Wildbacher grapes, a Col Sandago biotype originating in Styria, a region of Austria. Following the brief maceration on the skins, and the static decantation of the must with fermentation at controlled temperature, this rosé sparkling wine is treated in an autoclave for about 3 months.
Characterized by a bright appearance, with fine and persistent foam, it has a deep pink color. The scent is fruity and floral at the same time, with evident hints of wild strawberries and rose petals. The taste is dry, harmonious and balanced, with great persistence and retro-olfactory yield.
Ideal to serve as an aperitif, it goes very well with light vegetable appetizers and fresh cheeses. Also excellent with raw marinated fish.
