Strong Ale Birrificio Fiorentino

This artisan Strong Ale was born inside Birrificio Fiorentino, a company based in Bagno a Ripoli, in the municipality of Florence.

It involves the use of five different malts, with progressive roasting levels, from the warm Pale Ale, to the prized black hulled malt, for an efficient and surprising mix.

The Strong Ale of Birrificio fiorentino has a very intense red color and a thick and creamy foam. The nose brings complex and elegant aromas, ranging from spices to hopped. In the mouth it shows a good body, with well evident hazelnut and coffee notes that go well with a persistent finish.

A meditation or meal beer, it pleasantly accompanies important dishes based on red meats, roasts and aged cheeses.
