Description

Müller Thurgau from the Gries line of the Cantina di Bolzano it is produced only with Müller Thurgau grapes, harvested between the second half of September and the first half of October.

After being carefully selected, the bunches are softly pressed and the resulting must ferments in steel barrels under controlled temperature conditions. Aging in steel follows in order to preserve the characteristics of fruitiness and freshness.

It is light yellow in color. The nose is slightly aromatic, rich in fresh floral scents. On the palate it is fresh and lively but at the same time a wine of great elegance.

Perfect as an aperitif, it is ideal in combination with fish and shellfish.
