Description

The Südtirol Lagrein Rosé Pischl of the Cantina di Bolzano is born in vineyards located in the district of Gries, in the province of Bolzano.

It is obtained exclusively from Lagrein grapes, harvested and selected by hand in late September. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature.

Cherry-pink in color, Südtirol Lagrein Rosé Pischl opens to the nose with an intense fruity aroma of strawberry, raspberry and cherry with floral hints of violet and notes of marzipan. On the palate it is fresh, elegant and well structured, slightly sapid.

Ideal in combination with pasta, white meat, vegetarian dishes and pizza, this rosé wine is also excellent for accompanying cold appetizers such as beef tartare and delicious appetizers.
