Description
Hartmann Donà's Pinot Noir was born in Alto Adige, in the province of Bolzano.
L is produced from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, which are destemmed and pressed, to then be vinified in steel. Subsequently the wine ages in used wooden barrels for 12 months, followed by a few months in the bottle.<
On visual examination it has a ruby red colour. The nose reveals aromas of wild berries, black cherry and light spicy notes. The taste is dry and intense, with silky tannins and a fairly persistent finish.
The wine goes well with first courses, mushrooms and stewed meats.
