Description
The Terre Aquilane Pecorino Supergiulia by Cataldi Madonna is born in the vineyards located in Macerone from a double selection: of the vines from which they come and of the grapes themselves.
It is produced exclusively with Pecorino grapes, whose must is fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature for at least 12 months, in contact with the lees.
In the glass it has a straw yellow color. The nose opens with exuberant aromas of tropical fruit, ripe citrus and medicinal herbs. On the palate it is pleasantly fresh, with a full and clean body.
Perfect to accompany red meats and aged cheeses.
