Description
Terre Siciliane Al Qasar di Rallo was born in vineyards, organically run, located in the municipality of Alcamo, in the province of Trapani.
It is produced entirely with Zibibbo grapes, carefully picked and selected by hand in August. After a soft pressing, the fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 15-16 ° C, for 8 days. Subsequently the wine ages for 6 months in steel and for another month in bottle before being released on the market.
Al Qasar di Rallo is characterized by a straw yellow color. The nose opens with pleasant sensations of elderberry, pear, orange blossom and myrtle. On the palate it is elegant and balanced, with a good fullness that accompanies towards a persistent and aromatic finish.
Excellent as an aperitif, it is perfect to accompany fish and shellfish dishes. Try it with in combination with foie gras and blue cheeses.
