Description
COS's Bianco Ramí comes from vineyards located in south-eastern Sicily near the areas of Fontane, Bastonaca and Vittoria, in the province of Ragusa.
It is obtained from the autochthonous white grape varieties Grecanico and Inzolia, present in equal percentage. The fermentation of the must occurs spontaneously in the presence of the skins, by the work of indigenous yeasts. The refinement takes place in cement tanks and is completed by a stop in the bottle.
At sight, it shows a bright golden yellow color. The nose opens in a bouquet that plays on fruity tones of apricot and candied cedar, finished with sweet notes of honey and orange blossom. In the mouth the soft and perfectly balanced trait is confirmed with freshness and with a particular iodine flavor. Closes in a long almond finish.
Excellent in combination with fish dishes, from appetizers to second courses. Its pleasant and intense aromatic profile makes it suitable to accompany not too complex preparations, but with clear flavors.
