How it is produced
Cabernet Sauvignon and Nero d’Avola grapes are selected and harvested exclusively by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with skin maceration at a controlled temperature between 28 and 30 degrees Celsius for about fourteen days. The wine then matures for twelve months in oak barrels to gain structure and foster tannin integration. The production process ends with a further refinement in the bottle for twenty-four months before release, a phase that defines the perfect balance of its flavor profile.
