Balanubi Zibibbo comes from pure Zibibbo grapes, harvested overripe, which are de-stemmed and left to macerate at low temperature for 10-12 hours. Subsequently, the fermentation takes place in steel tanks with the addition of alcohol of viticultural origin. Golden yellow in color with garnet reflections, the nose opens on dried and dehydrated fruit, figs and apricot. The sip is intense, warm and persuasive.

Balanubi Malvasia comes from overripe grapes of only Malvasia, which are de-stemmed and left to macerate at a low temperature for 10-12 hours. Subsequently, the fermentation takes place in steel tanks with the addition of alcohol of viticultural origin. Intense amber color, the nose opens on yellow and white flowers and apricot notes. The sip is velvety and harmonious.
