Tinta de Toro 2013 Elias Mora
Description
Elias Mora's Tinta de Toro was born in vineyards located in the beautiful Spanish region of Toro, a territory that has been enjoying enormous success in the wine field in recent years.
It is produced exclusively with Tinta de Toro grapes, harvested entirely by hand in September. Maceration lasts 2 days and fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages in barrique for about 6 months before being bottled.
It is characterized by a dark purple color with purple reflections. The nose opens with elegant intense aromas of wild blackberry, violet and spiced licorice enriched with pleasant notes of vanilla. On the palate it is concentrated and fruity, with dried fruit tannins.
Perfect to accompany roasts and grilled red meats, it is ideal in combination with mature cheeses and vegetables.
